Non Personalised Items


We ship all our standard non personalised items within 1 - 3 working days. This is the processing time for all non personalised orders.


If you require an urgent delivery service, please choose the  24 hour service. This service would only be an upgraded shipping option and the processing times would remain the same. If you require a faster processing time, please do not buy, contact us first.


We recommend choosing our 24 hour courier service for urgent orders. (Processing times will remain the same). All our standard deliveries will be via Royal Mail 2nd class unless a different service is chosen.


Personalised Items

Processing time on personalised items will vary depending on the item. Certain personalised items that need to go through a proofing stage will only be processed after confirmation is received from the customer approving the artwork proof. 


* Dispatch days are from Monday to Friday Only.(Saturdays and Sundays are not included as dispatch days) 


* We dispatch most of our items via Royal Mail and larger packets via myhermes and other courier services. Standard 1st class and 2nd class options are not guaranteed but usually take 1 and 2 -3 working days respectively. Deliveries via myhermes courier will usually take between 2 - 5 working days.


* Delivery timescales would be an estimate only (Not guaranteed) and delays are to be expected during seasonal periods as well as under weather permitting conditions.


Orders over £10 will attract free delivery.
