Returns Policy

Personlaised Items


Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to customer requests. The Personalised stickers would be made in accordance with the information supplied by the customer at the time of purchase. Perfect Signs is not responsible for any spelling or typographical errors made by the customer as well as for the low quality prints due to not providing  quality artworks in a correct format. We Once an item is purchased, if you change your mind a 20% administration will be deducted from your refund.


* We do not at any time guarantee a perfect colour match due to monitor colour restrictions being different. Our printers are calibrated regularly by certified Technicians and we produce a true colour match to the images we receive. Please be aware of screen brightness, contrast and saturation setting can all enhance or change the colours you see on your screen.


* We do not accept returns on labels that have white edges as they are caused due to the poor artwork quality and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the artwork meets the above standard (1 MB / CMYK). This is  a printing only service and it is your responsibility to provide a quality, correct  artwork for a quality print.


Please take extra care when a personalized order is placed and the details are confirmed, once confirmed the order will be processed according to the request and cannot be changed.



Non Personalised Items


Non Personalised items can be either returned or exchanged if you are not happy and satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of purchase. To return an item, simply complete the form in our Returns section to request a RMA number.  Ship the item in its original condition with the RMA number and the refund will be processed once we receive the item.


Perfect Signs will replace, exchange or refund only on products which are deemed to be made incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are checked for flaws and completeness before dispatch, however in the event of any defects, shortages and exceptions we are happy to issue a full refund on the receipt of the item in its original condition.


Once an item is purchased, if you change your mind or if you no longer require the item, you can return the item in it's original condition to receive a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Customers are required to inform Perfect Signs within 7 days of receiving the item and otherwise the order will be considered as complete
